چکیده
Background/Aim: Chronic low back pain (LBP) is a common health problem that negatively affects quality of life. A multidisciplinary approach recommended in treating chronic LBP. In the literature, we could not find any study examining relationship between clinical status, activities daily living, angular measurements lumbar region, and spondylosis level patients with We aimed to reveal whether there severity condition these measurements. addition, are opposing views literature about obesity LBP, planned investigate this issue our study. correlation clinical, functional evaluations, radiographic findings LBP examine variables gender educational level. also determine effects age, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference on variables.
Methods: The research was designed as cross-sectional, uncontrolled Seventy aged 18–65 years VAS (Visual Analog Scale) values ≥ 3 were included. Patients grouped by Lumbar lordosis angle (LLA), sacral inclination (SIA), Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade recorded. VAS, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Back Pain Functional Scale (BPFS), Katz Activities Daily Living (Katz-ADL) scores calculated. Pearson analysis determined normal distribution status variables. Spearman’s evaluated linear ODI BPFS LLA SIA continuous p-value < 0.05 considered statistically significant.
Results: total 70 (47 females 23 males) included Mean BMI (28.2 [6.1] kg/m2) (95.7 [12.7] cm) above ranges (normal BMI: 18.5–24.99 kg/m², circumference: 80 cm for women, 90 men). Conclusion: No found scales Increasing BMI, associated more severe osteoarthritis spine, whereas female related levels. Further extensive studies, including larger number patients, needed clarify results.

A comparative study of trunk proprioception between patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and discopathic low back pain
Introduction: Low back pain is one of the most common disorders in modern society. Disturbed properioception can be a possible cause of low back pain and can cause recurrence of low back pain. Previous studies have shown that low back pain reduces proprioception due to instability in the low back. Since the degenerative process of disc herniation is one of the important factors in exacerbating ...

Purpose: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the main causes of disability in adults. Approximately 80% of LBPs lead to chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNSLBP). Damages to back region may be due to weak musculoskeletal structure, impaired muscle or joint flexibility, changes in muscle tone, and reduced strength and endurance. A set of exercises by small ball was designed by the corresponding and f...
